Just installed a week ago. I am so happy with my new cooktop. It shows white light when the burn is working and red when the burn is off but still hot after shut off until is cold.

Piece of junk. I have owned this cooktop for 13 months and one of the switches sheered off at the base when we went to turn on the burner and the knob popped off. Convenienty 25 days after my warranty expired. It's an inferior cast part that isn't built to last. Several hundred dollars worth of repairs on a $750 cooktop. Think twice before you purchase this.

The first thing that got my attention about this stovetop is how nice looking it is but every feature is designed with functionality in mind. The circular line on each burner outlines exactly where the burner is. The burner controls front and center makes it more functional than the controls along the side. I like how each burner control lites up when in use and will stay on with a reddish color until the burner cools down enough to touch. I installed this myself and it was simple and quick.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY DO NOT EXPECT TO HET QUALITY REPLACEMENT PARTS. We recentl had to do a warranty claim on our new stovetop due to a deep scratch on the surface. The service tech ordered a new one to replace it, but when it was received it the item as smashed and a new one had to be replaced. We have been waiting about a month for the new one to arrive but it has been on back order, but the most frustrating part is they say there are none available anywhere, but when I walk into Lowe™™s or Hime Depot the stove that is supposedly not available is there on the shelf waiting to be purchased. The warranty process is a mess and I get better customer service from wayfair when having to do warranty claims or exchanges. ™ Claim was not filed through Home Depot or Lowes but through Frigidaire™

The learning curve comment is more about the way it heat my old unit the old coil style you turned it to six or seven you knew. It was still gonna boil and stay consistent with the constant flux at times without the heat turns itself on and off at times to keep things moving into a consistent temperature to prevent burning has a tendency to certain pans, took a lot longer to boil at one point took six minutes for water to boil using the double style burner because the heat doesn™™t center right was turned to a lower setting has a slightly different setting for it. The other ones require a slightly higher version to keep the temperature right so unit works great to cool down. Time is a little freaky red light stays on for about 20 minutes or so to cool down the unit to let you know it™™s still warm other than that great unit even cooking not as much. Bernie little hard to clean so recommend getting good cleaners for it. Keep up on the cleaning

This cooktop replaced an older Frigidaire Gallery cooktop and its design is so much better! The smaller burners are in front vs in back. The simmer to boil, largest burner, has a great center placement for large pots or fry pans. Appreciate the large knobs which can easily be lifted off for cleaning. I am very pleased with this purchase

So far really liking this induction cooktop. We made the decision to switch from a gas cooktop because it was always such a pain to clean the heavy iron grates and the burners always stayed looking dirty even after cleaning them. Be aware if you decide to change to an electric/induction cooktop from gas, you will need a 220 power line. Seeing as we already had one, it made the change much simpler. Not giving the range 5 stars as I read somewhere that it cools down immediately after turning off. This isnt the case, but overall I'm enjoying this cooktop as it is so much easier to clean and looks very high end in my kitchen.

I had a Jennair cooktop that over the 20 years I used it slowly went downhill the last few years. I could no longer see the numbers on the knobs and the back burners didn™™t work well. I had this cooktop installed Christmas Eve and on Christmas day it was such a nice change. It made my day. I™™ve been using for over a week now and I have no complaints. I love it!

We upgraded from a much older glass top stove that role get way too hot too fast and wouldn™™t cool in a reasonable amount of time. We™™ve not had that issue with our new stovetop thankfully. It™™s beautiful, has a large surface area, and heats/cools as it should!

Looks good and works well so far. My only issue is that it seems too heat up a little more slowly than the cooktop it replaced. I love the 5 burners and was about to do spit off cooking for my Thanksgiving dinner.

Recently replaced an old stove top with this new Frigidaire. We™™ve used it only a few times, but it seems to be working fine. One cautionary tale: the guys who delivered it and were supposed to install it, determined that we had an aluminum to copper connection and refused to deal with that. So I had to hire an electrician who ran a new circuit. Bottom line - this turned out to be a costly replacement. Not Frigidaire™s fault, but something to keep in mind if you are looking to replace your appliance.

Installation was easy and no problem. After less than 9 months, the knob/switch does not work or burner in the middle does not turn on. The other four still work, turn on and white LED indicates being on, turn off and red LED indicates still being hot. The middle does nothing. I've made sure to remove the knobs and make sure there is nothing underneath them that may have got in there, all of them look as good as new. I registered the model and serial number under my name, as the landlord replaced the ancient one with this one on February 16, 2024. I am just surprised it has suddenly and completely stopped working in the middle burner.

Only the second electric cook top that we have ever owned. Easy to clean but they are dangerous if you have small children, stay hot to long. Thank god we are so old that our children do not live with us and are grown and have left the nest, only furry four legged dogs.

I really like that the buttons have a light when the stovetop is on they turn white and when off there red. I also like the convenience of having 5 burners instead of 4 and the middle burner is a great option. It looks nice with the stainless steel buttons. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
